He works with a wide range of people, from those recovering from injuries or managing chronic pain, to clients looking to improve body awareness, and overall wellbeing. Foster tailors each session to meet clients where they are, helping them move with greater comfort, clarity, and confidence. Outside the clinic, Foster spends much of his time outdoors exploring Vancouver Island through hiking, paddling, and long trail days—experiences that continually deepen his appreciation for the body’s resilience and adaptability.
