Initial Assessment

Initial Assessments are required for all new patients of the practice before a treatment plan is in place. Assessments consists of the patient's past medical history, family history, and current medical complaints. The doctor will then conduct a focused neurological, physical, and orthopedic examination as they see fit. The doctor will then discuss your current diagnosis and best treatment options per your complaint. A treatment will then be performed if the doctor feels that it is warranted that same day.
