With over 14 years of experience, Renee is a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist known for her client-centered, evidence-informed approach. She’s worked with a diverse range of clients—from professional athletes and Cirque du Soleil performers to those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. At Deep Roots Massage Therapy, which she co-founded in 2020, Renee specializes in therapeutic and athletic massage using techniques like deep tissue, cupping, IASTM, and soft tissue release. A dedicated mentor, she also leads workshops and supports emerging therapists, helping them grow in technique, self-care, and client care.
