Lydia has been an Osteopathic Manual Practioner since 2009 and a Certified Athletic Therapist from 1996-2016 in the field of Physical Rehabilitation. Lydia graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and has been an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner for for over 10 years. Her practice includes patients with acute sports injuries, concussions, vestibular dysfunction, tinnitus, complex regional pain syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic pain. She loves treating the family unit, especially newborns and children helping with a number of medical issues such as inability to latch, reflux in infants,sleep issues, constipation, digestive issues, recurrent ear infections, joint mobility problems, plagiocephaly, and infant colic and irritability. She continues to take professional development courses in concussions, back and neck pain, pregnancy, and pediatrics just to name a few. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. The Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) adheres to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) established minimum criteria for professional training to safely and effectively deliver Osteopathic services. Many extended benefit plans cover Osteopathic services.
