Hana sees kids ages 7+ and adults. Hana is a physical therapist with a strong foundation in movement science and a passion for helping others feel their best. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, and is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Before beginning her career in physiotherapy, Hana spent four years coaching group fitness classes at Orangetheory Fitness, where she worked with clients of all ages and abilities. She brings that same energy and encouragement to her therapy practice, combining evidence-based treatment with personalized care to support each client’s unique goals. Hana believes that movement is medicine and is committed to helping people return to the activities they love—whether that’s playing sports, chasing after kids, or simply living pain-free. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Hana lifting weights, running, playing soccer, or exploring new walking trails. She’s also an avid ice cream enthusiast and loves discovering local shops and seasonal flavors.
