Dr. Monika Reinstein is a registered Chiropractor in the Province of Ontario. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude designation. With over 20 years of experience as a competitive dancer, Dr. Reinstein has always had a passion for understanding and optimizing movement in the human body. After sustaining multiple dance related injuries over the years, she found relief through chiropractic care. This is where she found her passion to become a chiropractor herself. During her patient visits, Dr. Reinstein uses hands-on manual therapy as well as exercise rehab to help her patient’s achieve their goals and improve their function. She believes in evidence-informed and patient-centred care, tailoring each patient’s treatment specifically to their needs. She believes in empowering patients by giving them the tools to better understand and manage their own conditions, allowing them to continue enjoying their favourite activities. Dr. Reinstein enjoys working with a wide range of conditions and individuals. She has a special interest in working with current and former dancers to optimize their body mechanics and aid in rehabilitating injuries. In her free-time, Dr. Reinstein loves to be outdoors, her hobbies include camping, hiking, yoga, and kayaking.
