Amy became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in 2011 and has a Deep Tissue approach. Using Trigger Point Therapy along with Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Joint Mobilization. Modifying treatment styles to suit the individual she believes in the value of working with a team of health professionals within the clinic as well as the community whether it’s for self care and education, recovery from injury or a maintenance program.
