Brigitte holds a BFA in Dance from York University and is a former Toronto-based contemporary dancer. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, she worked as a ballet instructor, personal trainer, and CrossFit coach. She is currently training in trail running, continuing her lifelong relationship with movement in all its forms. Having experienced a wide range of injuries through performing, weightlifting, and sport, Brigitte brings both professional knowledge and lived experience into her treatments. Her main clinical interests include rehabilitation, injury prevention, and movement optimization. Brigitte is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies so they can move with more ease, confidence, and freedom.
