Menashe's began his health career after receiving his Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. He then went on to obtain his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Pratice (D.O.M.P) where he is in good standing with the National Manual Osteopathic Society. Menashe also is a Personal Traninig Specialist and specializes in Fascial Stretch Therapy. He believes flexibility and moving comfortably is key to good health. He is also currently enrolled in an Advanced Standing Massage Therapy program and will be an RMT by 2021. Menashe incorporates various techniques to reduce pain and restrictions such as: Joint Mobilization, Muscle Energy Technique, Soft-Tissue Therapy, Fascial Stretching, Visceral and Cranial Osteopathy. Menashe's treatment follows key osteopathic principles such as: guiding the body to self-heal and treating the body as unit since all body systems are inter-related. Menashe is active in various sports when he isn't working such as running, biking and has competed across Ontario in competitive swimming. Menashe is also fluent in Russian.
