Dr. Nikki Titman

This first appointment is where we start learning all about you! You’ll meet with our scan tech for a series of gentle, non-invasive nervous system scans that help us see how your body is handling stress and where it might be holding tension. These scans give us a clear picture of what your body needs before beginning care. After your scans, we’ll book a follow-up visit with Dr. Nikki to review your results, talk through your health history, and create a care plan that fits your goals. You’ll also have your first opportunity for an adjustment during that second visit.

Regular visits are designed to be quick and focused. With the necessary groundwork already in place, we can efficiently assess your spine and nervous system, provide your adjustment, and have you on your way. Please note that adjustments are for current patients only. New patients should schedule an Initial Visit at our Oswego location.
