Unlike other massage therapists, I have a unique approach to massage. I specializes in traditional Swedish technique, lymph drainage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, relaxation, prenatal, hydrotherapy, Hot stone therapy, facial technique and remedial exercise to name a few. I’ve recently studied Reflexology to add to my repertoire. My persistence and dedication has taken me to new heights giving me the opportunity to work with a vast group of clientele including seniors, athletes, individuals with multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injuries. My gentle approach connects the body, mind and spirit to one another with the use of massage to achieve this.
