I am a Registered Physiotherapist here at Wintergreen with 8 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy. I graduated from Charusat University, India. After I had the opportunity to spend time in a multispecialty hospital in various departments like Medical and Surgical ICU, Orthopedic, Neurological, Pediatrics, and fitness centre providing physiotherapy services. I have completed a specialized course in practical community rehabilitation in India and completed research in the Comparison of dynamic balance, lower limb range of motion, and muscle strength among collegiate female cricketers with non-players under a distinguished fellow of physiotherapy. I have also done a full-time 2-year diploma course in Strength and Sports conditioning while working as a fitness instructor at a Seniors residence. Why Work With Me My major interest and experience are in Orthopedic conditions like Total Hip Replacements, Total Knee Replacements, Post fracture Rehab, and other musculoskeletal pain. I also have experience working with patients having TMJ Dysfunction and patients who need Vestibular Rehabilitation( Vertigo). I am fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Swahili so I can help patients with various backgrounds by trying to better understand their problems. My Approach I am passionate about helping my patients to recover from their injuries and help them return to their function with my approach of using a combination of Manual therapy, Exercise therapy, Thermal and Electrical Modalities, and most importantly by providing Patient education with home Exercise programs to prevent further injuries.
