Cory earned her Master of Acupuncture degree in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2021, followed by her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in 2023. She treats a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, women's health concerns, migraines, and fertility support. Cory also completed her clinical externship at the Kaufman Cancer Center, where she gained experience helping cancer patients manage treatment-related side effects and improve their quality of life. Cory has advanced training in facial rejuvenation acupuncture, Master Tung acupuncture, Saam acupuncture, and sports medicine acupuncture, allowing her to tailor treatments to each patient's unique needs. She believes acupuncture supports the body's innate ability to heal and frequently incorporates complementary therapies such as moxibustion, gua sha, and cupping into treatment plans. In addition to acupuncture, she provides guidance on lifestyle modifications, Chinese dietary therapy, and Chinese herbal medicine to support whole-person wellness. A Baltimore native, Cory continues to call the city home, where she lives with her two dogs, Gretel and Gomez. Before pursuing a career in Chinese medicine, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art, specializing in metalsmithing and jewelry design. She remains an active artist and enjoys creating handcrafted jewelry in her home studio.
