Jason has availablity at Coquitlam Town Centre & Burquitlam Locations. Jason is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in health and fitness. His interest in healthcare began with prerequisite courses for Douglas College’s nursing program before transitioning into personal training. With a deep-rooted passion for fitness and strength training, Jason brings a holistic, performance-focused approach to his practice. His background in weightlifting has given him firsthand insight into the physical demands faced by athletes and active individuals—from muscle fatigue and mobility challenges to injury prevention and recovery. Jason is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where he gained hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including athletes and individuals with neurological conditions. He is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), which complements his treatment style. Jason’s practice focuses on rehabilitating overuse injuries and muscle imbalances related to exercise and occupational demands. He emphasizes individualized care, aiming to identify and address the root causes of discomfort while educating patients on sustainable movement and recovery strategies. His preferred treatment techniques include trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and myofascial release. Outside of the clinic, Jason enjoys weightlifting—particularly powerlifting and bodybuilding-style training—as well as reading and traveling.
