I am primarily interested in massage therapy as a part of integrated wellness journey. Whether that be through Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, a blend of other barefoot modalities, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage,Thai-Yoga bodywork, or aromatherapy massage, my primary focus is on freeing my clients from pain. I am currently studying aromatherapy and herbalism to offer more wellness options to my clients.
Massage Therapy
Try Fijian barefoot massage if you don't want to mess with getting undressed. This sports-focused massage is received on a mat on the floor while you're fully clothed. It's a highly portable method that delivers a combination myofascial and compression massage.
Reflexology
A massage where I focus mainly on your feet for an hour then finish up with hands, face, head, and ears. Many people find this massage helpful for foot pain or if they cannot receive full-body massage. Reflexology offers many of the same relaxation benefits of full-body massage and leaves your feet feeling toe-riffic!
