My passion is to help people and that is why I went into massage therapy. Some would say I am a natural born people pleaser. I have a very quiet and calming personality, which makes massage therapy a perfect fit for me. My hands are strong and my heart is tender. Every massage therapist has there own strengths and weaknesses and I feel my strength is with deep tissue work - especially with the neck, shoulders and upper back. I love the challenge of deep tissue work and trying to figure out the patterns of a persons tension and which trigger point it's coming from. Sometimes it's like trying to solve a mystery, and when you solve it, there is no better feeling in the world for me. I strive to learn more and more with continueing education courses. Currently my goal is to get through all the Myofascial Release courses under John F Barnes - The founder of theMyofascial Release Technique. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job! I know I'm so blessed to be able to say that and, I love serving the people in theBroken Bow, NEand Custer County area!
