Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Myself only work on Pregnancy's once they reach their 2nd trimester although it is safe throughout its just a personal preference.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes.
