Andrea graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC. She is passionate about her work. In her many years of experience she knows that every individual is unique and that everyone’s pain and discomfort is different. She treats intuitively and has a very open minded approach to treatment. She really listens to each individuals goals and then applies her knowledge and adjusts each treatment accordingly. The techniques she finds most useful are trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, relaxation techniques and home care. She likes seeing results and helping people feel better which are just a few of the reasons why she loves what she does. She believes massage therapy is a natural way to help heal the body and to help provide pain and stress relief for oneself.
