My name is Galicia, I have been practicing for 8 years now! While completing my program, my favorite course was Kinesiology. I was fascinated to learn how each individual muscle in our bodies really work to help us in our day-to-day life as well as what we test our limits to. That's also where I learned how much we TRULY need massage therapy. I started noticing how I move throughout my day and understanding why I ache or hurt. I think there's a pretty good understanding of selfcare now, but there are just some things we can't do on our own and that's where I come in to help! I'm here to help you relax when you're under high stress, work on chronic issues, recover from work or exercise strains, and help expecting mothers find comfort.
60 minute sessions offer a variety of modalities to be used to cater your needs. Variation of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports therapy, and/or Trigger Point Therapy can be incorporated.Las sesiones de 60 minutos ofrecen una variedad de tcnicas que se adaptan a sus necesidades.
