As a massage therapist I take a whole-body approach to the goals of my clients whether that is to just relax or relive to aches and pains. I utilize multiple modalities in my massages and adjust them accordingly to my clients' goals. These modalities include swedish, deep tissue and passive stretching.
Massage
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a gentle treatment that stimulates the function of the lymphatic system by increasing lymph flow. MLD is a powerful modality; certain medical conditions are contraindicated and determine if/when you can receive a session. This is not being offered in conjunction with any massage modalities or as part of pregnancy, cancer, post-op or lymphedema treatment.
