OJ Rounce studied Massage Therapy at Makami College completing the 3000-hour program. OJ uses a variety of modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Massage , Myofascial Release , Reflexology, Relaxation Massage , Stretch therapy, Therapeutic Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. After completing the RMT program OJ pursued the opportunity to improve his skills and is working on his Acupuncture and TCM program. This program has increased the way in which OJ practices using the skills he has acquired from an ancient practice in the modern age to bring the body back into balance. OJ is dedicated to helping his clients feel their best. By helping clients relieve acute or chronic pain, bring balance back into their life and achieve their optimal well-being. He focuses on helping the client achieve their goals using techniques like Myofascial techniques and Lymphatic Massage while educating so that his clients understand how these therapies improve their body. When OJ isn’t working he enjoys spending his time researching and studying. He is always learning or enjoying a good TV series while cooking.
