Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria in 2006, and went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Jessica has been working as a manual therapist for 10 years in multidisciplinary healthcare clinics. Her treatment approach is hands on, spending one on one time with each client. Jessica uses a wide variety of manual therapy techniques (soft tissue techniques and joint mobilizations/manipulations), IMS/Dry Needling, Cupping, Graston, Active release techniques, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, and rehab exercises designed to assist clients in achieving their goals. Jessica recognizes each client as an individual, and approaches her assessments and treatments holistically. She likes to work collaboratively with her patients in order to optimize their treatment outcome. In her spare time, Jessica can be found spending time with her family and friends; hiking, biking, running, and playing with her young children.
