RMT for over 31 years. Moved back to BC in May 2019 from Waterloo Ontario, to teach and supervise at OVCMT (Massage College in Vernon) and be closer to family farm in Spallumcheen. Specializing in many fields from Sports Massage, Executive Coaching/Personal coaching , Personal Training, Pilates, and Prenatal and more. I have worked with pregnant patients for over 30 years and teach the Pregnancy and Infant Massage program at OVCMT. I also offer a very comfortable pregnancy massage table with a belly hole (no more pillowing to get comfortable). Taken many courses over the year such as; Myofascial Techniques for Pregnancy, Kinesiology Taping courses to help during the discomforts during pregnancy. After 30 years of taking care of patients, I look forward to helping YOU with your health and wellness needs.
