Hi, I’m Dexter. I began my journey in the wellness field in 2009, working as a dental assistant and part-time barber. Through those experiences, I discovered a deep passion for helping people navigate physical discomfort and feel better in their bodies, which ultimately led me to bodywork. After completing my training at Irene’s Myomassology Institute, I’ve focused on providing thoughtful, personalized massage care. I specialize in a variety of techniques, including reflexology, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, sports massage, positional release, and trigger point therapy. I tailor each session to meet individual needs, with the goal of helping clients leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and restored. I approach my work with compassion and care, and I’m known for creating a safe, calming environment where clients can truly unwind. By integrating multiple techniques, I aim to support effective tension relief and overall wellness through sessions that are both therapeutic and restorative. Outside the office, I enjoy art, dance, music, plants, meditation, and writing. I also love board games and cooking, and I bring that same sense of curiosity, creativity, and connection into every client interaction.
