Welcome to Longwell Massage Therapy. I am Nicole Longwell, a Florida licensed massage therapist, and certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist. I have been in practice here in Pinellas County since 2002. Since becoming licensed I've completed many more hours of additional education, including training in Neuromuscular Therapy/ Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Oncology Massage, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which has allowed me to better serve my clients. With this knowledge and these skills, I have been able to work with a variety of clients, including adults and children, persons with developmental and/or physical disabilities, substance abuse, as well as those living with, or suffering from, different conditions. My goal is to work with each client, setting up goals and developing a treatment strategy that works for them.
Massage
Neuromuscular Therapy is a more specific deep tissue technique, including trigger point therapy, to address a variety of issues to allow for lasting relaxation of your muscular problems.
Lymphatic Drainage
A precise and gentle massage which increases the flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to remove metabolic waste, "toxins" and reduce swelling. Helps speed up recovery and detox.
