**GLYNDWR MERRIMAN, R.Ac** is a licensed Acupuncturist, Taiji Instructor, and ATCMA member *(British Columbia Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Practitioners)*. Glyndwr has spent more than 12 years studying Taiji and Qigong, and is accepting new students for private instruction. After graduating from Two Dragons Tai Chi Academy, Glyndwr began formally studying TCM Acupuncture at Vancouver Career College, where they obtained their Acupuncture Diploma. Glyndwr received their clinical training in VCC’s Burnaby Clinic and now practices in Abbotsford, BC at Healing House Massage and Wellness. Their clinical focus includes **TCM Acupuncture, Yin Tui Na** (a very gentle hands-on manipulation therapy for chronic pain and injuries), **Guasha** (gentle therapeutic scraping), **Moxibustion** (a smoking/burning sage helpful for pain, circulation and warming), and **Qigong** (therapeutic movement) to treat: - Poorly healed broken bones - Chronic pain - Traumatic Injuries - Scar Tissue - Stress, Anxiety and Depression - Sleep Problems Glyndwr is fluent in English with intermediate fluency in French. When not in clinic, they’re usually training Filipino martial arts, Zhan Zhuang (Standing Meditation), or Taiji in the forest. *Bienvenue!*

*This is for new patients or individuals who haven't had an appointment in over 6 months.* Treatment may include Acupuncture, Yin Tui Na (Forceless Spontaneous Release), Moxibustion (Sundays only!), Guasha (gentle therapeutic scraping), or Qigong (therapeutic movement). Total time for the appointment is 90 minutes, though it may be finished early!
