About Abby I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta after completing a Bachelors of Athletic and Exercise Therapy at Camosun College in Victoria, BC. I’ve been so lucky to gain experience working in a variety of settings and with many different populations throughout my education ranging from university basketball and rugby teams, first responders, amputees, and your everyday go getter’s! I grew up trying and playing many different sports, with basketball being my main focus. Although I don’t play any team sports anymore, I love staying active and working towards different goals. Whether it’s going for a walk, CrossFit, mountain biking, or hiking, I’m usually happiest when I’m moving my body in some way! I strive to always use a client centred approach and to find meaningful ways to allow people to feel better and get back to doing the things that are important to them. My main goals are to provide a listening ear, meet people where they’re at, and to empower people to be in charge of their rehabilitation. I believe in using an active and adaptable approach to physical therapy that is personalized and meaningful to each person to get them back to feeling their best. I can’t wait to meet you!
