Hello! My name is Sophie Martin. I reside in Salt Lake City, UT. I am a graduate of Healing Mountain Massage School. I love the sunshine, traveling, yoga, music, photography, nature & all things outdoors (whether it be camping, hiking, skiing, or simply being)! I have a background in Public Health, EMT work, and lots of customer service/waitressing in between. I grew up in Southern California enjoying the beaches, family, and the amazing sunshine. I went to college in Flagstaff, AZ and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree in Public Health. I have worked in many different health and wellness settings ranging from the Emergency Room to Alternative Wellness Centers run by Naturopathic Physicians. I definitely resonate with a more holistic approach and love facilitating what the body knows how to do best; healing itself. Holistic health (physical, mental, spiritual, financial) is my passion and is very important to me. I believe that we are all encompassing beings; we are a compilation of our work, our hobbies, our experiences, and our everyday activities.
