Jennifer Miskosky is a Registered Massage Therapist, born and raised in Vernon, B.C. She completed the Massage Therapy Program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2015. Jen has a general practice, with particular focus on athletic injuries, whiplash and rehabilitation. Using a variety of techniques, Jen personalizes her treatment to individually suit each patient. Techniques used by Jen include, but are not limited to, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point techniques, neuromuscular therapy, and manual therapy. In the future, Jennifer wishes to complete her Bachelors of Health Sciences and will continue her research in new massage techniques, to implement into her own practice. If Jen is not at the massage clinic, you will most likely find her in a local rink, playing hockey, or at the gym working out. During the summer, Jen enjoys relaxing at the beach and spending time in the mountains hiking.
