Christina Nguyen, MS, LAc, is a second generation integrative medicine practitioner, California state licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who specializes in women’s health, infertility, cosmetic acupuncture, pain management, anxiety and depression. She graduated from University of California Irvine with her undergraduate degree and South Baylo University with a master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Christina has been immersed in the acupuncture world since 2010, working with the top acupuncturists and western medicine doctors including reproductive endocrinologists and board-certified fertility experts. Christina has implemented thousands of fertility protocols both natural and assisted reproductive treatments such as timed acupuncture during IVF and IUI. Within the realm of fertility, Christina also specializes in pre-conception care and postpartum care. She uses many modalities to achieve success for her patients including herbal formulas, diet and lifestyle changes, cupping, and electro-acupuncture to relieve stress and anxiety during treatment. Mental health is a major priority and area of focus during Christina’s treatments as well. Christina often integrates facial cupping, fire cupping, moving cupping, and gua sha in her treatments to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation throughout the body.
