Chelsea became a licensed massage therapist in 2024 after finishing school at the Coeur d’Alene Massage School. She specializes in Theraputic and Swedish massage with a focus on deep relaxation. Chelsea believes that every massage session is an opportunity to awaken the body to its own healing abilities. In her spare time Chelsea can be found in the mountains picking medicinal plants with her children, in the garden, or working on her herbal oil business.
Not unlike traditional massage, however we take into account special considerations such as proper positioning with the use of bolsters, understanding contraindications for certain circumstances and making appropriate modifications to meet the needs of the expecting mother. Please indicate where you are in your pregnancy and any concerns we should know about on the comment section when scheduling. Please note: not all therapists offer prenatal massage and some not until 2nd trimester
