Zachary Sage is a bodyworker who combines techniques to relax the body and mind while also addressing areas of pain and injury. He graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and coursework in Mindfulness and Well Being. He attended a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Vini Ashram in Rishikesh, India. He completed his massage education at the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute in Boulder, CO. He believes that the body holds a history of our lives, and by releasing its holding patterns, we create space for deeper healing of our body, mind and soul. Therapeutically, he specializes in relieving headaches, neck injuries, TMJ, specific joint pain, athletic injuries and working with the nervous system to create longer lasting results from each massage. His massage is characterized by a slow and relaxing Swedish flow that seamlessly blends deep tissue, myofascial work and trigger point therapy on areas that need to be addressed. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kyara and their pets, practicing yoga, playing the handpan, and enjoying the Colorado mountains.
