I hold a Masters in Kinesiology and Recreation Sciences from the University of Manitoba, and another Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. I am certified in Mulligan’s Technique of manual therapy and Graston Technique. In addition to my formal education and professional accolades, I have a passion for treating pain at the source, and providing a healthy pain-free lifestyle to my patients. In my personal life I love spending time with my lovely family, travelling, working out, and playing soccer.
