I started my journey as a physiotherapist over 25 years ago. My initial focus was manual therapy and dry needling. This was a fantastic beginning for me but over time I realized that our best therapy and most powerful tool for changing our bodies is movement. Since then I have been passionate about exploring different models and tools for movement such as DNS, PRI, Kinstretch, Foundation training, ELDOAs, etc. We all benefit from the HARD RESETS of manual therapy and dry needling but I truly believe movement is medicine and the best results come from combining these modalities.. Currently, I have a busy physiotherapy practice in North Vancouver, have helped 20,000+ people move better through my online classes and am a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia. I LOVE LEARNING and LOVE TEACHING. All bodies and levels are welcome.
