With a background in bodywork that began in 2018, I completed my massage training at the Oregon School of Massage before bringing my practice to Alaska in 2021. Since then, I have continued expanding my experience while working with a diverse range of clients. My career has included positions in chiropractic offices, therapeutic spa settings, and alongside athletes, providing extensive experience treating a wide variety of conditions. I specialize in deep tissue massage, sports massage, and post-injury rehabilitation. I work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, and athletes of all levels seeking improved performance and faster recovery. My approach is both therapeutic and collaborative. I believe every body tells a story, and I work closely with clients to uncover the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. By listening to the body and identifying compensation patterns, I focus on treating the body as a whole rather than only addressing the area of discomfort. I enjoy helping clients piece together the puzzle of why they are in pain and creating personalized treatment plans that support lasting relief, improved movement, and overall wellness.
