As a massage therapist in training, Sam aims to provide a grounding and compassionate experience. He offers Swedish massage, as well as basic deep-tissue. He focuses on client breathing, as a way to relax the nervous system, find depth in tissue, and ease in the body. His touch is firm, receptive, and responsive. Sam asks questions and will encourage active verbal communication with his client. Anything that arises is welcome. We are here to learn together! The UNM-Taos Massage Therapy Students will work with the public providing a 60 minute Swedish/Deep Tissue treatment. Client will fill out an intake form and participate in a brief interview pre treatment to determine areas of interest.
