Im a Certified Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator, proudly graduating with honors from the National Holistic Institute in 2017. Since then, Ive continued to evolve in both my technique and my philosophy, always seeking to meet my clients where they are and support them with care and intention. Currently, Im studying to become aSomatic Experiencing Practitioner, deepening my understanding of how the body holds and releases stress and trauma. This training has further shaped my approach to bodyworkblending gentle, mindful touch with nervous system awareness to support true regulation and healing. Over time, I've found that my massage style is especially effective for individuals experiencing anxiety or navigating high-stress environments.
