Lauren obtained her Master of Science in Kinesiology followed by her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan. She is passionate about lifelong learning and keeping up to date with the most relevant research. Lauren enjoys working with a variety of clients. She incorporates postural retraining, hands-on manual techniques, and effective exercise programs into her treatment planning. She believes in taking the time to learn more about your specific experiences, goals, needs, and concerns so that together, you can work towards alleviating your pain and achieving optimal health and wellness. Lauren enjoys checking out new restaurants or bakeries outside the clinic, working out, canoeing, and hiking up mountains.
