She believes in taking the time to actively listen and educate her clients, empowering them to participate in their rehabilitation and helping them make necessary lifestyle changes. In her personal life, Sarah loves running, playing soccer and softball, biking with her two sons, and hiking North Shore trails with her beloved dog. She also enjoys coaching her sons’ soccer teams and cheering them on in hockey. Sarah feels fortunate to live and work on the North Shore with such a supportive team at Village Physiotherapy.

Physiotherapy Assessment or Treatment
