Initial Evaluation & Treatment

This comprehensive 60-minute appointment is designed for new patients. The visit includes a detailed health and injury history, movement and orthopedic assessment, and individualized hands-on treatment guided by clinical findings. Chiropractic adjustments and performance-based treatment techniques are applied as clinically indicated, with the goal of improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring efficient movement patterns. This session allows time to address multiple regions of the body and establish a clear, individualized care strategy based on your goals, sport, and lifestyle. Elite Sports Medicine & Chiropractic is an out-of-network, private-pay practice. Payment methods we accept: Debit/Credit, HSA/FSA, Zelle, & Cash. A valid credit card is required on file through the intake paperwork; however, patients will not be charged until after the appointment. To help streamline the evaluation and treatment process, all intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
