With over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, treating a multitude of different orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and athletic injuries, Raina can utilize a broad range of skills in order to help her patients. A keen athlete all her life in a multitude of sports, including triathlons and field hockey, Raina is also an excellent yoga instructor. Skilled at sport-specific rehabilitation and patient-specific exercise prescription, Raina’s post-graduate areas of focus include advanced manual and manipulative therapy, myofascial release and dry needling/medical acupuncture. Raina enjoys working with those who love to move or would like to do it better. Raina gained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, University of Alberta, Canada
