Rupali Patel is a registered physiotherapist, earning her Bachelor of Science, Honours Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2014 where she discovered her passion for physiotherapy. She then earned a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham in England. Rupali has treated a broad range of patient populations from musculoskeletal outpatients and stroke inpatients to surgical patients and amputees. During her training, she found her niche working alongside physiotherapists in a specialist orthopaedic hospital. Rupali has provided high quality physiotherapy care in fast-paced multidisciplinary clinics. She’s passionate educating her patients to have them play an active role in their care through a patient centred approach. She always ensures each patient receives a physiotherapy program tailored to their specific needs. Rupali has a natural and keen interest in body mechanics, exercise prescription for rehabilitation and helps her patients set and achieve progressive goals to encourage lasting recovery. She understands how intimately interconnected the mind and body are, and through holistic strategies works with her patients towards more resilient mindsets and rehabilitative success.
