Lisa (She/Her) is the owner/operator of Natural Path Wellness and a massage therapist with a calming and healing energy. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she welcomes other members for a safe, judgement free, and professional space. She is skillful in myofascial release, deep tissue massage and trigger point release, and offers a head, neck and shoulder treatment like no other. She has received specialized training in pelvic dysfunction, cupping and TMJ (jaw) dysfunction massage techniques. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys playing and creating music and art as well as playing hockey, relaxing with her fiancée, and cuddling with her goldendoodle, Scout. Lisa is a 2018 honours graduate of a 2200 hour massage therapy program at CCMH and is a member of MTANS.

First treatments must be one hour because your first assessment is part of the hour, depending on your situation this can be short or long. Assessment helps you and your practitioner to understand the risks and benefits of treatment and ensure you get the most benefit out of your current and future treatments.
