I’m a physiotherapist who takes an exercise-focused approach to help you recover, perform better, and stay injury-free. I create personalized exercise plans based on your sport or activity while keeping your injury and goals in mind, whether you’re rehabbing or looking to prevent future issues. I have a special interest in working with gym lifters and badminton athletes, as these are the sports I’ve personally competed in. I also use hands-on treatments like manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling when needed to help reduce symptoms and support your progress.
