I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a long-standing passion for movement, wellness, and helping people feel their best. Before beginning my massage therapy career, I spent years teaching dance, where I developed a strong understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and the importance of caring for the body through both movement and rest. That background continues to shape the way I approach massage, particularly when it comes to mobility, injury prevention, and working with clients of all ages and abilities. Alongside massage therapy, I enjoy offering aesthetic and self-care focused treatments that create space to relax and feel refreshed. Head spa treatments and facial massage are some of my favourite services to provide, allowing me to add a touch of luxury in a way that helps clients leave feeling restored and confident.
