I believe that being a massage therapist is my calling. I am very passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. Your body has a story to tell; I try to listen to it and use the appropriate technique for that area or for that time in your life. Massage
The combo massage is a combination between Swedish and therapeutic massage techniques. This allows me to assess each area and use the appropriate technique for that area. The combination of these techniques brings relaxation and relief.
Lymphatic Drainage
This is 30 minutes of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) focused on the neck, face and scalp. MLD can help reduce pain, swelling, bruising, stress, anxiety, brain fog and possibly help with sinus drainage, memory and hair growth.
