Paige grew up in Norfolk County on a farm in Windham Centre. She was heavily involved in sports from a young age and competed on many of her high school teams while attending Holy Trinity. Paige now enjoys staying active through crossfit, running, volleyball and baseball. Paige obtained a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College in 2014. She also attended the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, where she received her massage therapy diploma in 2017. In 2017, Paige also obtained a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist (Canada), Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer (USA) and a Certified First Responder. Paige addresses her patient’s injuries using a global approach by focusing not only on the primary injury but looking at their underlying causes of biomechanical and postural dysfunction. She uses a hands-on treatment approach with various fascial, myofascial release, soft tissue release and muscle energy techniques. Paige also puts a great emphasis on patient education and home exercise programs as an approach to injury prevention and reoccurrence. Paige has worked with a variety of different levels of sport ranging from high school to national. Her experience includes working at Carleton University as the Athletic Therapist for the varsity women’s soccer team, Ontario Women’s U20 Rugby Team, Toronto Scottish women’s rugby, Seneca College women’s rugby and men’s basketball teams, Brantford Bisons Football Club, and Six Nations Jr.B Rebels Lacrosse Team to name a few. She has also provided field coverage for hockey, marathons, wrestling and dance throughout her career and has been involved in winning two national championships. Paige also had the opportunity to work at the Pan Am Games in 2015.
