My work combines therapeutic bodywork, manual lymphatic drainage, scar tissue release, movement education, and clinical pattern recognition to identify factors that may be contributing to what you're experiencing. Many of the people I work with have already tried a variety of approaches. They're often looking for someone who will take the time to look beyond the most obvious symptom and consider the broader picture. Rather than focusing only on where something hurts, I look for the patterns that may be influencing it. Sessions are individualized, unhurried, and designed to help you move forward with greater clarity about what you're experiencing and what options may be available to support your recovery.
