Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. His passion for understanding the human body was ignited through his years of practicing karate, where he developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves and functions through martial arts. In addition to karate, he participated in team sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball, fostering his love for physical activity and performance. His approach to patient care focuses on collaborating with people to help them achieve their goals, whether it's managing pain, enhancing mobility, or optimizing performance in their preferred activities. He combines hands-on therapy, with techniques like cupping, and exercise-based therapy to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. By blending these techniques, he aims to support long-term health and well-being. Outside the clinic, you can find him staying active, whether it's in the gym or playing sports, or making music with friends. He is passionate about lifelong learning and continuously expanding his skills to provide the best possible care for his patients.
