Hi! I’m Jessica — a passionate massage therapist who’s all about movement, wellness, and helping people feel their best. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me staying active — climbing at the gym, strength training, going for walks, or out on a hike. I believe that movement is essential to a healthy life, and I love helping others maintain a pain-free, active lifestyle. Of course, balance is key. I also appreciate the quieter moments — relaxing with a good book, a favorite show, or working on a crochet project, usually with a dog nearby to keep me company. Massage therapy is more than a profession to me — it’s a privilege. I love being able to help someone walk off the table feeling better, lighter, and more comfortable in their body. I offer a wide range of treatments and have a particular interest in working with TMJD, upper back and neck tension, pregnancy-related discomfort, and children. You could say I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades — and I truly enjoy the variety each client brings. I specialize in supporting weekend warriors and desk-bound professionals alike — anyone who’s feeling the effects of their day-to-day demands. I value the ability to move without pain, and if you do too, my table is open. Let’s get you feeling your best.
